At Carolyn’s CupCakery, we want you to eat and enjoy your cakes and cupcakes just like everyone else. Cakes and cupcakes are the best kind of sweet comfort food. We celebrate birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and just about anything you can think of with cakes.

Many children and adults are gluten-intolerant and the numbers are growing. It isn’t easy to find delicious gluten-free sweet treats in traditional bakeries. If you’re gluten free, you should be completely free of ingredients derived from gluten-containing cereals: wheat (including kamut and spelt), barley, rye, and triticale, as well as the use of gluten as a food additive in the form of a flavoring, stabilizing or thickening agent. Several grains and starch sources are considered acceptable for any one that need gluten free. The most frequently used are corn, potatoes, rice, and tapioca (derived from cassava).

Please note, our gluten-free cakes and cupcakes are not casein-free (main protein in milk, cheese, and other dairy products) unless requested. No refined sugar or soy.
